Middle of the Rhine

I believe this is Pfalzgrafenstein. It is a picture from 1970 when I spent the summer in Austria and Germany. More recent pictures show this castle as white.

Beauty on the Waterfront

This is the Lake Harriet Bandshell along the Chain of Lakes in Minneapolis. It has such a unique place there along the lake with the sailboats in the back. I have never been there for a concert, but I bet it would be fun.

Lines, Circles, Faces

The Guthrie Theater along the river in downtown Minneapolis is a photogenic building. At first it seems like odd angles and such. But take a look at a picture. See the shifts and changes. It now looks like a jazz arrangement put into a building. Quite a place to see theater as well!

Golden Cold

This is the Plummer Building at the Mayo Clinic in downtown Rochester. It was a cold evening with steam rising behind it which only gave the iconic Mayo building a greater golden appearance.

La Giralda

This is the tower next to/part of the cathedral in Seville. It was originally built by the Moors and then used by the Christians after the conquest. Later I will have some pictures from the top.
